We appreciate your order. Every order is carefully packed and shipped to you via Hermes (Switzerland: DHL). Delivery is available within Germany, Switzerland, and the EU*. The stated delivery times refer to the regular shipping processing from the date of the order. Should any unexpected delays occur, you will be informed immediately.
